A Lil about me...

I was born and raised in New London, by two wonderful parents who have supported my talents all of my life. I have one brother (gone but never forgotten R.I.P. Carl) and one sister. I have two amazing children who have grown into beautiful adults. I have been blessed with a wonderful grandson that tugs at my heart strings when ever I so much as think of him.

Art and anything about it has been a huge part of my life, and I am pretty much self taught other than the things I picked up in general art classes in school. I started drawing early on and never lost interest in it. I love to paint, however have to say since i've started tattooing, haven't picked up a paint brush nearly as much as I wish I had. Painting is pretty much what got me started in the industry. I've painted some sceneries on saw blades, milk cans, anything I could pretty much get my hands on really. To make a long story short, I was approached by an individual who had seen my work and asked if I had ever considered being a tattoo artist, I kind of chuckled at the thought, as if it were way above me. Needless to say, curiosity got the best of me and I started "checking things out." I had no idea how one became a "Tattoo Artist!" I checked into schools, which I might add were outrageously expensive, throughout my search I came upon Electric Images where I began my apprenticeship, and learned alot of what I know. (Thank You Brian) I was with Electric Images for 15 years, and due to unforseeable circumstances went our seperate ways.

I also went on to school at Fox Valley Technical College and earned my associates degree in Criminal Justice. Yes this girl knows how to shoot real guns, (and I must say, became quite good at it) tattoo machines are NOT guns, they are machines :)!!

Other than all that I enjoy many things in my spare time, first and foremost, enjoying time with my family. I love to garden, I love to decorate, I enjoy riding motorcycle, and I'm seriously attached to animals, I could quite easily become an animal hoarder, if they got fur, i'm instantly in love. I enjoy the outdoors, walking in the woods, running around barefoot, and campfires, let me refrase that; HUGE campfires! When I first became a tattoo artist, I was seriously what they referred to as a "country bumpkin" and with that came the nickname, Bo-peep.

Anyway, here I am, doing what I love to do most; "Slinging Ink!!!" I have many great people to thank for all this, first and foremost my dad, without him, none of this would've been possible, my father-in-law, who was also a tremendous help (Thanks Dad!) And in no particular order, my boyfriend, my son and his friend Jeffrey, Casey and Jerri, My Sister, Roni and all the rest who have been near and dear to me throughout it all. Much Love to you all and my sincerest gratitude, you all mean the world to me! Last but not least I want to thank all my loyal clientel who has waited for me, many of you have also become great friends, and I hope in my journey I gain many more friendships :)...

So without further ado.......

                                                          Let's sling some INK!!!!
